I filed a claim after we had a hailstorm in Lafayette earlier this year. My insurance company originally denied it, I called these guys out to take a look at the roof. Once they started working with my insurance company, they were able to get us a full roof replacement approved. We’re very happy with their work, and the new roof looks great.
Nicholas and his team at CSS Roofing did an outstanding job working with our insurance company replacing and upgrading our roof and gutter system after a severe storm. He was very consultive and ensured our new roof was installed properly from deck repair all the way to rotted out trim replacement. Outstanding job with prompt and responsive communication throughout the project.
