I was glad to find these guys when I wanted a standby generator. They called back right away and we scheduled an appointment. I had a smooth and professional installation, and the crew explained everything clearly. I should have called them years ago!
When you need it and don't have it, you sing a different tune.... Multiple times we have had major outages from extreme cold (-25 windchills), and a storm that knocked out a lot of the area for 8+ days. I am very happy with RC WATT and the service they provide. They installed a new electrical service, updated it to 200amps, New panel box and a installed a new Generac 22kw natural gas generator. I have a plan with RC Watt to service my Honeywell generator and if I have a question there is always a prompt response. Twice in the 10 years I’ve had them I’ve had emergency situations and there is always a person answering and able to walk you through what you can do by yourself or available to come out on an emergency basis. Let’s say they are the additional peace of mind that you need along with the generator itself
