What a great experience we had with Hardwood Connection. They were professional and courteous. Their customer service was excellent. Their knowledge and workmanship was outstanding. They did a great job replacing some wood that was warped from a leak, then refinishing the entire floor. Very friendly company, responsive to our requests and always very professional. Floor turned out great.
They did a wonderful job and went out of their way to make sure we got the color right, bringing us several samples and talking it through with us. We also ended up with a leak during construction and they came back and took out the warped wood and replaced it. It looks perfect. They also told us if we find a flaw after the final finish they will come back and fix that spot. Highly recommend.
Hardwood Connection did a fantastic job at our house. They installed laminate and they refinished old oak hardwood flooring. Trevor was the job manager and he demonstrated leadership, skills and craftsmanship throughout the process. We are happy with the quality of the work during installation and refinishing process. I would recommend Hardwood Connection to anyone seeking a quality installation of flooring in their home or commercial property.
These guys are fantastic. The floors look great and they were excellent to work with us during all stages. Our project involved a lot of square footage across the kitchen, dining room, halls, and stairs. The attention to detail was consistent and appreciated.
